Они более всех других достойны решать все вопросы.
Можно собрать подписей в их поддержку.

По поводу Ошо просто все сошли с ума уже... Я имею в виду, от ненависти. И надо же - этим пользуются! Я не удивлюсь, если Пуну снесут с лица Земли, а в Тапобане создадут "неоиндуистский" Ватикан... Sad

Никто и не догадывался что Ошо в неволе, а Славный Гуру Бодхисаттва Почетный Ананд Арун Свамиджи Садхака - знал. Всё - Ошо освобожден Аруном!

Dharma Mahant Именно так и давали Ошо санньясу в 1990-х и до 2002 г. Подразумевалось, что получив сертификат, человек приедет в Пуну на медитационный курорт и будет там заниматься разными практиками.

From one who sold tea as a boy at the railway station, the super sonic rise of Narendra Modi today as the 14th Indian Prime Minister has created a worldwide wave in global politics. An alliance government is always unstable and is a hindrance on the path of development. The landslide victory of the BJP in the 2014 General Elections has eliminated these constraints and has given birth to a stable and strong Modi government. This has opened new prospects for India to become the next decisive superpowers of the world.

Usually, most of the election results are influenced by negative voting; frustrated by the ruling party, people cast thier votes in favor of the opposition with the hope of getting a better government. We have observed a similar situation here in Nepal as well. However, the outcome of this year's Indian General Elections is a consequence of positive voting, people have voted for Modi's credentials as a leader. On the backdrop of his astounding achievements in Gujarat, people have promoted him to Delhi.

An honest leader is a rare find in today's politics and to find honesty combined with foresight, sharp intellegence, wisdom, courage and spirituality is even rarer. An honest leader without the strong willpower to materialize the development manifesto and the ability to take bold decsions is of no use. A leadership that can produce tangible outcomes is what is needed today and Modi is an alive version of this rare combination. As much as he is honest he is equally hardworking, with his roots firmly grounded in the soil of the liberal Hindu traditions, his wings embrace the gifts of science and modern technology.

Singapore's first prime minister, Lee Kuan Yew had the vision and foresight to transform Asia into Europe, who executed his dream through his uncompromising leadership. Inspired by the same economic model, Den Xiao Ping and Dr. Mathir Mohammed followed suit and transformed China and Malaysia.With their open door policy of economy and disciplined politics a new model of development got established in Asia. Similarly with a strong economic framework and manifesto as the one carried by Modi, India's prosperous future is unavoidable with its influence felt in the whole of Asia and specially in South Asia.

After the Modi-revolution in Gujarat, the state has gone through an economic boom and I have been following him since then. Narendra Modi is a synthesis of some rare qualities which are usually not found in a political leader. Many feathers adorn his cap. Apart from being an efficient administrator, Modi is a practical leader, a great orator and a man with humility and a soft heart. His sociable nature makes it easy for him to befriend anybody who comes in his contact. Modi is a merger of all the ideal qualities of a spiritual yogi and today the reigns of the world's largest democracy has come into the hands of such a man. Recently during an interview when asked if he was religious, Modi gave an answer that reflects Osho's teachings, he replied, "I am not religious, I am a fully spiritual person, I don't believe in one religion, my turst is in spirituality."

Modi is a seasoned Yoga practitioner and follows a one hour daily yoga routine while his sleep time is limited to only four hours. Since last forty years despite of his frequent travels and political trips, Modi keeps an unfailed discipline of 10 days fast that he practises two times in a year. Modi is a staunch vegetarian who has never indulged in any kind of intoxications. Except Mahatma Gandhi, I have never seen such a discipline in any political leader. Modi is much more of a nationalist and a more practical, modern and foresighted leader than Gandhijee himself. I am a worshipper of Gandhijee as a person but as a leader his political vision was impratical. I don't support his naive economic policy and his anti-technology and self-torturing lifestyle. Due to the lack of foresightedness in Gandhijee, India suffered partition and could not rise as it's contemporaries for many years.

A country is never made by the mob or a party, it is moulded by the willpower of one.The open door economy of Ping created the modern China, the uncompromising policy of Nitish Kumar transformed Bihar and in similar ways Lee Kuan Yu changed Singapore, Dr. Mahathir created Malaysia and Modi transformed the face of Gujarat. The BJP heads the government in many states of India, but none have accelerated like Gujarat. In groups, there are more discussion and disputes and less development; party politics and personal motives shadow development issues. Narendra Modi prioritized economic development over party disputes and changed the face of Gujarat. The recent unvieling of Modi's 5-Ts - talent, tradition, tourism, trade and technology as a framework for India's development with the slogan, "one India great India." articulates his priorities and his vision for a proseperous India.

Narendra Modi is a brilliant fusion of modernism and the essence of the vast Hindu philosophy.This has never been seen in any past leaders of India. Gandhijee was a religious man but he lacked the respect for modernism. Similarly Nehru was an ardent supporter of modernization but he lacked the subtle understanding of Indian mysticism and spirituality. Modi is an exception in this case. Modi, who is an ardent gadget lover, is active on social network sites and keeps himself fully updated about world affairs, claims spiritual nirvana or moksha as his ultimate goal in life. At a very young age, a seventeen year old Modi abandoned his worldly ties and arrived at the Ramkrishna Ashram in Belurmath to fulfill his long cherished desire to become a renunciate. From there he travelled to Garudchatti near Kedarnath and practised meditation for two years. Recently when asked about why he had wasted the two most formative years of his life wandering in the Himalayas, Modi had replied, "Those were the finest years of my life and I have not lost anything, I have only gained from it and someday when I retire from politics I will again go back to the refuge of the Himalayas and meditate at the bank of Ganges." Modi is a progressive Yogi whose advisory board consists of a large group of the best IIM and IIT graduates in the country. In my opinion he symolizes Osho's concept of the new man, 'Zorba the Buddha'.

A great leader gives life to the sleeping mass and helps them to awake and realize their own potential and power. He revives confidence, hope and courage in the people and unites them with a mutual dream of a progressive nation. In this year's general election Modi revived the long forgotten dignity of India. He arose a new hope that the good days have come and the people voiced along with his slogan. Today he has inspirited 125 crores of people with the confidence and hope of a prosperous and a powerful India. This is what I call the Modi Magic.

Modi's success bears a testimony to the fact that today only a leader who can deliver economic growth can succeed. The days of petty politics in the name of racism, ethnicity and language are gone. It is high time that the dream merchants of communism also took this into account. Despite of an opposition party ruling the central government, Modi trasformed Gujarat into Europe. In order to misrepresent his image as an extremist Hindu leader and to deprive him of the 20% of Muslim votes, a well-planned defamation propoganda was raised against him because of which the American government also denied him visa for a long time. But today the Muslim leaders themselves are praising Modi's delivery of security, employment and education to the Muslim community and it's women and youth in Gujarat. Even states like Bihar and UP where Muslim votes play a decisive role have not been able to deliver these to its people. Modi has been victorious even in those areas where Muslims are in majority and it seems that The American Government is now in a hurry to welcome him.

Modi takes his inspiration from Swami Vivekanand and other Indian mystics. Just before the elections, Modi had reached the Ramkrishna ashram in Belurmath and had expressed his desire to meditate in Swamijee's room. The room that is usually kept closed was opened and Modi meditated there for 25 minutes. Today I see Vivekanand's grace, charisma and his dream for a prosperous India in Narendra Modi. In Modi's success lies the success of the vastness of the non-communal and liberal Hindu spirituality.

With Modi's rise and success a hope has arisen that its seismic influence will also be felt in Nepal. Nepalese leaders have a bad habit of accusing India when in Nepal and then fully surrendering to Indian leaders while in Delhi. This culture has drowned Nepal into deeper poverty. If only Nepalese leaders would prioritize economic agenda and learn from this lesson of India's transformation that has upshooted from an economic revolution, we would also be able to say, "the good days have come. "

Находится он в Непале, в ашраме Упабан, как напоминание потомкам.
Каменные, в полный рост на пьедестале: Ошо и его ближайший, самый верный из верных учеников - садхак Ананд Арун.
Матёрые фундаменталисты: священники, политики и бизнесмены, от такого духовного задела отдыхают и рыгдают.

Это ты про выборы в Европарламент? Да, там победила на выборах Ле Пен и сугубо клерикальная партия Великобритании, да еще плюс от Австрии подобные силы увеличили свое присутствие вдвое - что есть, то есть. Но, я думаю, Аруна это не очень расстроит, судя по всем прошедшим событиям, он клерикалов очень должен любить.

Recall of the Foundation Board –
enactment of superprovisorische Maßnahmen [immediately enforceable exparte measures];

The Federal Department of Home Affairs (EDI), noting that, whereas:

• On 20 May, 2014, former member of the Foundation Board, Mr. Robert Doetsch, filed a complaint through the agency of his legal counsel with the Federal Supervisory Board for Foundations (ESA), petitioning that Respondents 2 through 6 should be dismissed from their positions as president, vice president and members of the Foundation Board of Osho International Foundation (OIF). The complaint further more petitions that that suitable new board members should be sought and instated for Respondent 1, OIF.

• It is further petitioned that Respondents 2 through 6 should be dismissed from their positions as president, vice president and members of the OIF Foundation Boardwithout prior hearing, i.e. as a superprovisorische Maßnahme [immediately enforceable ex parte measure], and that a trustee should be appointed to serve until the instatement of the new Board.

• Then,also as an immediately enforceable ex parte measure, i.e. without prior hearing of the Respondents, the creditors of Respondent 1, in particular the banks PostFinance and Credit Suisse, should be instructed not to pay out or transfer any funds to the Respondents or to other persons until otherwise instructed by the ESA.

• The right of complaint under foundation legislation is a federal matter, governed directly by Art. 84 Abs. 2 ZGB (Riemer, Berner Kommentar, DieStiftungen, 1975, N 120 zu Art. 84). The submission of 20 May, 2014 is thus to be treated as a Supervisory Board for Foundations complaint. The Complainant was himself previously a member of the Foundation Board of Osho International Foundation and, having many years of experience and profound knowledge of the material, has a special interest in the preservation and protection of the archives of Osho in keeping with the goals of the Foundation. In particular in the context of his own many years of study and related activities in connection with the teachings of Osho, Robert Doetsch must depend on being able to use the archives of Osho and to continue to have access to the material, both now and in the future. As a beneficiary of the Foundation Robert Doetsch thus has a particularly close relationship with the Foundation and is thus entitled to file such a complaint (BGE 107 II 385 E. 3). The ESA is thus obliged in its official function to make the necessary assessments in the matter (Riemer, BernerKommentar, Die Stiftungen, 1975, N 121 zu Art. 84 ZGB). Foundation regulation legislation constitutes material public law pursuant to Art. 5Bundesgesetz [Federal Code] of 20 December, 1968, regarding administrative proceedings (VwVG; SR 172 021) and filing a complaint with the Supervisory Board for Foundations is a legal remedy of administrative justice sui generis,and thus such proceedings are correspondingly regulated by the VwVG (BGE 107II 385 E. 4).

• The first matter to be adjudged is the ordering of immediately enforceable ex parte measures. The objective of ordering a preventative measure is the creation or maintenance of a state of affairs that will guarantee the efficacy of the later injunction (BGE 130 II 149 E.2.2). The prerequisite for the ordering ofa preventative measure is that there should be convincing grounds for it and that detriment to private or public interests that could not easily be corrected would occur without the ordering of the preventative measure. In addition to this, there must be urgency. Furthermore, the ordered measure must be appropriate. Among other things, a preventative measure serves to protect threatened interests (analogously to Art. 56 VwVG). Such a measure isordered on the basis of a summary examination of the legal situation and thefacts of the matter, for which a credible presentation of facts is sufficient
(A. Kölz, I. Häner, M. Bertschi, Verwaltungsverfahren und Verwaltungsrechechtspflegedes Bundes, 3.A. S. 198 ff. mit Hinweisen).

• The Complainant has made a credible case that Respondents 2 through 6 are guilty off serious breaches of the aims of the Foundation, including and in particular continued misappropriation of Foundation assets, the full extent of which cannot yet be fully estimated.

• Even following extensive research by both the Complainant and the ESA, only a part of an extensive international web of companies and organizations within the purview of OIF has come to light, this web apparently serving the exploitation of the intellectual property rights of OIF and the direction of the resulting proceeds to third parties.

• In addition to the investigations conducted by the Complainant, investigations by at least three other persons known to the ESA have led to the same conclusions.

• Against this background, the revised annual financial statements of OIF for 2012/2013 may prove to represent only a fraction of the estimated worldwide income accruing from the intellectual rights to the works of Osho. In its accounts,OIF has been portrayed for years as over indebted, and despite requests by the ESA, the incumbent Foundation Board has failed to implement any sustainable measures for correction of this state of affairs (the letters of subordination submitted regularly by the main creditor, who had a close relationship with the Foundation, cannot be considered to be serious corrective measures in this context).

• In the course of copyright proceedings in Alicante, Spain, the Respondents submitted a last will and testament of Osho that three independent experts have since assessed to be not authentic. This demonstrates that the Respondents areat least willing to contemplate illegal methods in the pursuit of their aims.

• If a hearing of the Respondents were to be permitted in advance, too much time would pass and the danger would be greater that actions could be taken that would be to the detriment of the Foundation. Following assessment of the facts of the matter it is realistic to assume that there is a danger that remaining liquid assets could be siphoned off. The risk of asset transfers would also appear to be even greater in view of the fact that in the 2013 financial year, there was an outflow of virtually half of the liquid assets.

• Thus,the creditors of OIF, specifically the banks PostFinance and Credit Suisse, are to be ordered not to pay out or transfer any funds to the Respondents or other persons until further notice from the ESA. This order applies to a total of three accounts with PostFinance, in Swiss francs, euros and US dollars. At the Credit Suisse it applies to five accounts in Swiss francs, euros, US dollars and Australian dollars, and one account with the designation “STL” (Short TermLoan).

• It is not currently possible to protect the remaining liquid assets in the bank accounts of the Foundation with less extensive measures.

• In contrast to this, the protection of the material assets of the Foundation, i.e.in particular the archive of original video and audio recordings and the intellectual property rights to the same, can be sufficiently secured by means of a general restraining order issued by the ESA, accompanied by information on the criminal liability consequences pursuant to Art. 292 StGB in the event of noncompliance.

• Inview of the infringements of the Foundation objectives in question, in particular the misappropriation of financial assets, it is clear that the current Foundation Board must be removed from office until full and complete investigation and clarification of the relevant financial transactions, assets and contracts has been completed. This is particularly important in view of the fact that it is quite possible that the investigations could reveal grounds for criminal proceedings. Against this background, the potential conflicts of interests of the members of the Foundation Board are manifestly clear. The fact that Respondents 2 and 4 are presumably financial beneficiaries of companies that profit directly from the marketing of the intellectual rights to Osho’s works provides ample grounds for a conflict of interests on its own. In addition to this, however, the Respondents also hold executive positions in virtually all known organizations involved in this marketing business. It is thus obvious that if the Respondents were to remain in their positions and offices in the Foundation Board this would at least impede the investigation of these allegations, if not make them completely impossible. It is also absolutely clear that Respondents 2 through 6 must definitely be recalled as Foundation Board members if the apparent infringements of the aims of the Foundation should be proven to be true.

• The suspension of Respondents 2 through 6 from their positions and functions as members of the Foundation Board of OIF pursuant to Art. 84 Abs. 2 ZGB is the only way to achieve expeditious and complete clarification of the facts of the matter and the legal situation.

• The appointment of a trustee pursuant to Art. 83d ZGB has the immediate purpose of restoring the Foundation’s ability to act. The duties of the trustee include conducting the investigations needed to clarify the financial and contractual relationships in connection with the marketing of the intellectual property rights, conducting such daily business of the Foundation as cannot be postponed, and, if necessary, also the preparation for the election of new Board members. As is usual in such cases, the details will be regulated by contract.

• Consequentially,the ESA has sought suitable candidates for this trustee ship and found that Mr.lic. Iur. Andreas G. Keller, attorney, is a suitable choice for the position and fulfills the requirements, and Mr. Keller has immediately declared his willingness to take on the task. The rights and duties of the parties involved were set out in a contract dated 28 May, 2014, based on the general terms and conditions of business (AGB) of the Bund für Dienstleistungsaufträge [Federationfor Service Contracts]. The formal appointment of the trustee with authority to sign as a single signatory and his registration in Commercial Register are to be formally ordered by the Supervisory Board for Foundations.

• Over and above this, no other business operations leading to increasing damage are known and there are no other immediate dangers.

• The proper exchange of documents is to be initiated simultaneously and the complaint of 20 May, 2014 is to be served to the Respondents by 3 July, 2014,for their response in the main proceedings. The service of the complaint to Respondents 2 through 5 who live abroad is to be effected at the current correspondence address of the Foundation at the offices of their legal representative Dr. Walter H. Meier. Publication of this order in the SchweizerischesHandelsamtsblatt [SHAB Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce] pursuant to Art.36 VwVG is out of the question in this case. Firstly, this would undermine the purpose of the preventative measures, and secondly it would contravene the legal privacy rights of both the involved persons and OIF.

• It must be prevented that an appeal lodged against the ordered supervisory measures could cause irreparable damage to the Foundation assets (property) and delay the urgently necessary clarification of the financial situation and future prospects of the Foundation. The suspensory effect of any possible appeal against this order must thus be revoked (Art. 55 Abs. 2 desBundesgesetzes vom 20. Dezember 1968 über das Verwaltungsverfahren; VwVG; SR172.021).

• The ESA expressly reserves the right to issue further orders impacting the proceedings and supervisory measures pursuant to Art. 84a or Art. 83d ZGB.

• The costs of the proceedings for this intermediate order are set at CHF 4,000.00and are to be aggregated to the main proceedings, pursuant to Art. 3 Abs. 1Bst. F Gebührenverordnung Stiftungsaufsicht (SR 172.041.18 ) and Art. 63 VwVG.

Therefore, it is hereby ordered:

1. The entire Foundation Board of Osho International Foundation is to be provisionally suspended and their signatory rights are to be revoked. The following persons shall be removed from their positions and functions:
− MichaelO’Byrne (since 2013: Michael Byrne), President of the Foundation Board, Suite 1201, Convention Plaza Apartments, 1 Harbour Road,Wanchai, Hong Kong, People’s Republic of China
− JohnAndrews, Vice President of the Foundation Board, London,Great Britain
− D’ArcyO’Byrne, Board Member, Flat 1, Palmeira Ave, Hove, EastSussex, BN3 3GA, Great Britain

We are writing to update you on two of the legal attacks which Osho
International Foundation (OIF) has been forced to deal with:
1) The pending European "Trademark" case - now decided in OIF's
favor. See details below.
2) A new attack, by the same people who started the "Trademark"
case, now directly targeting OIF's board members. See details below.
Attacks on Osho's work and on the foundations, trusts and people appointed
to take care of certain aspects of this work, are not new. Both during
Osho's lifetime and since his death there have been endless attempts to
prevent Osho's work from expanding, orchestrated by a wide range of forces,
from upset individuals, to governments.
Lately, any legal actions against the Foundations (and other bodies like the
inner circle) which Osho has asked to take care of the continued functioning
of his work, are mostly instigated by "discontented Osho lovers" - people
who profess to "love Osho" but who either seem to think they know better
than Osho, or who have their own agenda.
1) The European "Trademark" case - now decided in OIF's favor.
The European Trademark Commission has now come to its decision: it has
judged the application to overturn OIF's Osho trademarks to be "without
foundation" and has rejected it.
The ruling states, "The Cancellation Division considers that the request for
a declaration of invalidity against the contested CTM [Community Trade Mark]
is without basis and will be rejected for the reasons below." The ruling
concludes with: "Consequently, having regard to all the factors of the case,
the Cancellation Division concludes that the request for invalidity [of the
trademarks] must be rejected in its entirety." (The full text of the ruling

this mail to you is a copy of the "OHIM invalidation action brief - Keltie
LLP" in which OIF's lawyers state their analysis and understanding of what
this "Trademark" case was about).
Some background:
This case was the attempt by Osho Lotus Commune Verein, Cologne, Germany
(driven by Ramateertha of Osho Uta Institute) to deny OIF the right to
protect Osho's work by the use of "Osho" as a trademark.
In reality, the situation is simple: Since the early days of his work, in
accordance with Osho's wishes "Rajneesh" (one of Osho's former names) was
already established as a trademark around the world. The process of
trademarking "Osho" began while Osho was still in the body, at his request
of course, shortly after Osho chose "Osho" to brand his work. In July 1989,
OIF's lawyer was given the Power of Attorney for registering trademarks. In
the middle of this legal and administrative change ("Rajneesh" to "Osho"),
Osho left the body, and the trademark registrations for "Osho" were
deposited and granted soon afterwards.
None of these "discontented Osho lovers" seem to have had any problems with
the trademarks while Osho was alive, nor - if they did have any misgivings
about Osho protecting his work in this way - did they have the courage to
express their views to him. Even after the registration of trademarks for
"Osho" rather than for "Rajneesh," it took these people many, many years to
start raising objections and to try and take the rights away from the
Foundation under the guise that they should never have been established in
the first place.
Maybe most revealing about the mindset behind the attack on the Osho
trademark is an argument the applicant [Ramateertha/Osho Lotus Commune
Verein] submitted in support of its position: "The intentions of Osho
himself are irrelevant for the purposes of these proceedings."
This mind-revealing argument may not be surprising in the historical
context:
In 1985 Ramateertha himself was appointed to the board of OIF by Osho's
former secretary Sheela. His work with the Zurich foundation was short
lived. It was abruptly terminated when he visited the house where Osho was
staying in Uruguay, in spite of having been asked not to - putting the
delicate safety of Osho himself and the negotiations for the continuation of
his work in danger. When Osho learned that Ramateertha was a director of
OIF, he directed his secretary Hasya to request his immediate resignation
from that board, explaining to her that Ramateertha did not have the
capacity to understand the priorities of his work, or its dimensions.
In any case, this attack on the Osho trademarks in Europe has failed. We
are pleased to let you know that the outcome of this long legal process is
that OIF and the Osho centers will be able to continue to protect the
quality and content of Osho's methods as needed, through the use of these
trademarks.
And now:
2) A new (May 2014) legal attack, driven by the same people who started
the Trademark case, now directly targets OIF's board members, with wild
accusations of mismanagement and misappropriation of funds. As a result of
these allegations the board members, with decades in those functions, were
suspended pending a hearing - and this order of suspension was passed
without allowing the Foundation to even see the allegations.
Some background:
Yes, it is again Ramateertha and friends who are behind this most recent
attack. A few weeks ago they submitted grave allegations against the OIF
board members. In response the Swiss authorities took the step to suspend
the entire board from functioning. They have appointed their own government
administrator to function as the authorized caretaker of the Foundation
during the time it will take the Swiss authorities to investigate the
validity of these outrageous claims. This appointed caretaker has the
responsibility to fulfill any of the legal responsibilities regarding the
Foundation's functioning, for this time.
Interestingly, in the "Trademark" case - as noted in the summary of
arguments - the applicant [Ramateertha] had tried to hide his longstanding
association with trademark holder, OIF. Not surprisingly, because during his
own short time as a board member of the Foundation he had shared
responsibility for looking after the trademarks. Also, for many years he
acknowledged the Rajneesh and Osho trademarks in the Osho publications of
his own Institute and related activities. This did not fit well with his
sudden attack against the trademarks! During his time on the Foundation
board he was also an administrator of Osho's copyrights, having been a
signatory on the transfer of copyrights from the USA to the Swiss Foundation
- another fact he avoids mentioning, when it suits his purpose.
However, in this new case against the individual OIF board members,
Ramateertha now features his status as a former board member of the
Foundation as an empowering argument for starting this new action.
This new legal challenge is of course again a time-consuming and expensive
obstacle to deal with, to say the least. We are happy to be able to let you
know as a positive development, that recent meetings with the Swiss
authorities created a clear, shared understanding how to continue day-to-day
operations of licensing and publishing of the Foundation, while they look
into the claims. A corresponding broad Power of Attorney has been issued to
guarantee that essential parts of the work, such as our relations with the
publishers, can continue unharmed.
Meanwhile, we have been informed that two of the co-complainants with
Ramateertha in this latest attack on OIF, Chidananda and Videh, have also in
recent weeks attempted to apply legal pressure to try and take over the
board of the largest Osho Center in Italy, Osho Miasto Institute and
Meditation Center [Miasto] because the Miasto board would not support
Chidananda and Videh's moves against the OIF board in Switzerland. This
after the OIF directors already spent months dealing with the lawyer these
two "Osho lovers" had hired in order to challenge the copyright ownership of
OIF. Their attempt against the Miasto board failed and Osho Miasto Institute
continues to operate with the strong support of the people who have
benefitted throughout the years of its existence.
To end with, we would like to stress that in spite of the on-going poisonous
attacks by these and other "discontented Osho lovers," the work of making
Osho available goes on day and night around the world, including the
contribution of the Osho Centers, translators, editors, facilitators,
meditators and many more.
Preparing us for his departure and having established the inner circle in
the year before he left the body, Osho explains [his words paraphrased
here]: "Some of my people - whom you may not even know - will attack you
with any means possible. Don't be troubled. In fact, the source of these
attacks is their anger towards me. They cannot express that anger because
they will lose their friends, so they will attack the people I have
appointed. It is always their ego's anger towards me, making the attacks."
This Osho insight has been very valuable for us.

European TM Case

While an investigation into OIF is underway in Switzerland, there’s news about the European TM case and several letters have been distributed which you can read via the links given below. Ramateertha has responded to the letter by the Inner Circle on June 26, 2014 (PDF):

Dear friends,

On June 24th the Inner Circle [IC] sent out a letter to all the Osho Centres in the world commenting on the “Trademark” case in the European Union and the decision of the Swiss Government to dismiss the board of directors from Osho International Foundation Zurich and freeze the accounts of that institution.

Besides the usual allegations about me, which are being repeated again and again, there are some really interesting twists and turns to be pointed out:

First, suddenly, there is a Power of Attorney mentioned that was supposedly given to OIF’s lawyer in July 1989 for registering trademarks. Who gave whom a Power of Attorney? In the five years of litigation no such document has been provided to the court in Alicante [Spain]! It seems that OIF has a remarkable stock of documents available that provides “evidence” on demand…

Then it says: “None of these ‘discontented Osho lovers’ seem to have had any problems with the trademarks while Osho was alive…”

This is correct, because there was nothing to have trouble with: no trademarks for “educational services; yoga instruction; religious services; meditation services” had been filed. And no centre had been asked to sign a license agreement while Osho was alive. It was Sheela who had intended to create a franchise system!

Apropos Sheela: In the letter the IC continues: In 1985 Ramateertha himself was appointed to the board of directors of OIF by Osho’s former secretary Sheela.

Here the IC is wilfully and intentionally spreading a lie. In the attachment you find the minutes of a meeting held in Oregon on Nov 28th, 1985. It was the board of directors from Rajneesh Foundation International who appointed Swami Jayesh, me, and Ma Prem Geeta as the new directors of RFI! At that time Sheela was already indicted for the crimes she committed and may have already have been in jail. She had resigned her position in RFI before she left Oregon on September 14, 1985. Interestingly enough, Maria Kortenhost, then known as Ma Prem Arup and today known as Ma Garimo, was a member of the board of RFI and is a member today of the Inner Circle that is spreading this lie about me! ‒ Maybe loss of memory?

The important question that needs to be asked is: Why does the Inner Circle need to publicly denounce me?

They must be afraid of me and of what I am saying. If I was as much of an idiot as they are trying to depict me as, then why bother to contradict me at all? But they have to make me “wrong” so that their lies appear to be right.

If OIF was so sure about the situation, why did they have to produce a “Last Will of Osho” that is obviously a fake, as four graphology experts have pointed out?

The “witnesses” to that crude document are the same people who are saying that Osho wanted such a trademark and that Osho wanted me out of the board of OIF for reasons that are part of their propaganda and as fake as the so called “Last Will”.

Some comments on the Decision of the Swiss Government to dismiss the board of OIF, about which the IC is misleading people:

I do not think that the Swiss Government was sitting idle, waiting for the complaint of a “disgruntled” Mr. Doetsch, to swing into action!

The facts brought forth in the complaint were so alarming and overwhelming that the Government saw the need to act promptly, in order to protect the Foundation from total destruction. The board members are involved in other companies that are doing business with the Foundation. This is illegal because there are bound to be conflicts of interest when they are taking care of their own companies and OIF at the same time.

For example, on the www.osho.com website you find under corporate information: Osho Media International Ltd. doing business as Osho International. (There are a few more companies operating under that same name!) The company is registered in Ireland, and the owner of this company is “O International Digital Media Ltd,” a company registered in Hong Kong. The owner of this company, and therefore the beneficiary of all the websites income, is Michael Byrne, also known as Swami Jayesh. Here we have the president of OIF, owning a private company that is exploiting the rights of OIF.

I think these issues and, for example, why OIF lost its non profit status, do need attention and it will be interesting to see what the findings of the Swiss government will be.

I want to make one thing clear: I would be more than happy not have to dig into this kind of thing. My work is with the Uta Centre in Cologne and in working with people. Still, in the light of what has happened in Sheela’s time I cannot pretend not to be aware of them and just keep quiet.

After the shock of seeing the decision of the Court in Alicante and looking at the implications of this verdict it is almost certain that we are going to appeal this judgement. For this we do need also your financial support. Find the info at: www.osho.de

На людей, которые вели всю основную работу Ошо Интернейшнл, пытаются наложить арест? Кто? Конечно "свои" - из Тапобана и прочих эпических мест... А теперь просто подумайте, что будет ожидать лично вас в недалёком будущем? С такими "белаудами по санньясе" врагов искать не нужно, - они в тени "последователей", просто-таки карлики. Wink

Эпохальное событие случилось!

Ликуют питерские, cкачут московские "Ветры".

Мир Ошо впредь и далее свободен от лицензионной продажи его наследия! Ура, ура, ура!!

Только почему-то торговля книгами Ошо, аудио и видео, с каждым годом по всему миру идёт всё хуже и хуже. Многие книги, пролежав годы на складах магазинов, попадают на оптовые базы, где за них пытаются вернуть хотя-бы стоимость трудозатрат и вложенной издательствами бумаги. Постоянно действующих, деятельных медитационных Ошо центров на огромной территории б. СССР, как не было, так и нет поныне, и даже их не намечается. Популярность сказанного в дискурсах во многом не актуальна, в виду смертности к настоящему времени большинства активно упоминаемых Ошо, политических и религиозных персонажей.

Мир изменяется, но вовсе не так, как ему в 1980-х пророчили: треть Планеты не вымерла от СПИДа, Третьей Мировой, которая тоже "на носу" - до сих пор не случилось. Длинноволосые, как "самое духовное молодёжное движение" - канули в историческую лету с не самыми лучшими о них воспоминаниями. Наука многое переосмыслила за последние два десятилетия, развитие интернета совершило подлинную информационную революцию, и так далее... Ошо стал не настолько популярен, иными словами - сказанное лично им во многом теперь уже устарело.

Но всё вышеизложенное далеко не самое главное. Кто такой Раджниш Чандра Мохан по рождению(?) - деревенский мальчик из глубинки, но он сумел добиться того, что сплотил вокруг себя целую корпоративную индустрию. Одно дело наговаривать тексты, и совсем другое - издавать книги, заниматься их переводами на различные языки и продвижением, устраивать презентации, организовывать встречи, добиваться разрешений от властей различных стран, и прочее, прочее. Всё это огромная работа, которой при жизни Ошо занимались даже не сотни, а тысячи самых различных людей. По-сути это и была настоящая международная корпорация с глобальным её центром в Пуне.

После 1990-х правила работы изменились, но решающее слово всё-равно оставалось и остаётся за людьми, сплотившимися и осевшими в индийском г. Пуна. Контроль на книгопродукцию и прочее - это их правила работы, чтобы существовать в социуме и как-то коммерчески развиваться (по крайней мере большинству из них). Но, как в поговорке: "что крестьяне, то и обезьяне" - все теперь хотят зарабатывать на равных. Непальцы не собираются ни с кем делиться, и московские "Ветры" тоже на себя работают, и прочие. Это теперь уже их бизнес и не важно, что они не имели никакого отношения к первоначальной работе по раскрутке и продвижению популярности Ошо в мире.

Они даже её, эту работу, во многом и не знают, потому как в вопросах такой деятельности очень многое не договаривается в целях бизнес этикета. Но тем не менее, теперь они все ликуют и одновременно недоумевают - почему, мол, нет ожидаемых финансовых выручек и популярности?! А этого уже больше и не будет никогда - волна прошла. До следующего живого Будды равного самому Ошо-Раджнишу, людской мир вновь плавно возвращается на круги своя.

С саньясой в старом российском варианте, кажется, покончено - и это прекрасно. Никто никогда не сможет ничего на ней заработать - и это опять же замечательно! А вообще мне "старые" саньясины напоминают древнесоветских поклонников The Beatles вроде Коли Васина, для которых Леннон был верующим, его песня God - христианским роком, а песня Imagine - о любви Леннона к Йоко (а может, опять же к богу). Со временем выяснилось, что Леннон был человеком, полярно противоположным образу, которому поклонялись советские битломаны-диссиденты.

Те, кто видят в Ошо волшебника, одновременно верят в "евангелие" от желтой прессы (не всему, конечно, но в общем согласны с писаками, что он был самодур), сопоставляют его с Христом, видят в его учении такую же религию, как и прочие, только немного "повеселее", решительно не
желают читать его последние книги, хотят играть в саньясу 1970-х, вероятно, никогда не смогут никого привлечь - даже бесплатно. Потому что они заблуждаются. А сказанное Ошо совершенно не устарело - ведь он всегда говорил с учетом контекста. Все, что он сказал после 1984 года, сейчас воплощается в жизнь. На круги своя ничего не вернется - напротив, мир никогда уже не будет прежним. И с этим опять же ничего не поделать. А Коли Васины от саньясы на в курсе, они его не читают, у них куда более важные дела. Тебя, Махант, я к "Колям Васиным" не причисляю, ты всего лишь отразил бытующие в их среде упадочнические настроения. Но хорошо, что эти настроения есть, потому что люди понимают: "играть в саньясу" по-прежнему больше не удастся.
